Type 1 or Prime Yellow Carnauba Wax
Wax first line, used in products related to drugs, food, cosmetics, among others.
Specifications:
Melting range: 82°C - 86°C
Acid value: 02 – 06 mg KOH/g
Saponification value: 75 – 88 mg KOH/g
Residue on ignition: 0,12% max.
Moisture: 0,50% max.
Volatile material (including humidity) 1,00% max. at 175°-3H
Type 3 or Light Fatty Grey Carnauba Wax
Used for production of lubricants, paints, etc...
Specifications:
Melting range: 82°C - 86°C
Acid value: 06 – 12 mg KOH/g
Saponification value: 78 – 88 mg KOH/g
Residue on ignition: 0,30% max.
Moisture: 0,50% max.
Volatile material (including humidity) 1,00% max.
Type 4 or Fatty Grey Carnauba Wax
Used in the production of Polishing Wax for Leather, Shoes and carbon paper.
Specifications:
Melting range: 82°C - 86°C
Acid value: 04 – 10 mg KOH/g
Saponification value: 78 – 88 mg KOH/g
Residue on ignition: 0,30% max.
Moisture: 0,50% max.
